Improving Recycling on Bryant's Campus! 

       Bryant SIFE has created a Green Team to improve Bryant's recycling program. Last year, the Green Team was granted approximately $40,000 from the Special Initiatives Committee to work with Facilities in purchasing paper recycling bins for every suite and townhouse. In addition, blue 95-gallon barrels were placed outside of halls and townhouses so students have a place to bring their recyclables. Also, iron recycling barrels were inserted next to some of the iron trash barrels on campus. Lastly, small paper recycling bins were purchased for all offices in Faculty Suites. 

       This year, we plan to continue to educate the student body about Bryant's recycling endeavors. Our Green Team Ambassadors will hold "Rotunda Days" and other awareness events. The Green Team will partner with Facilities and ResLife to spread knowledge of how Bryant recycles. We'll work to establish a permanent Sustainability Committee made up of Administration, Staff, Faculty, and students.
